These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of meoribeauty.com and the products and services offered by Meori Beauty Co., Ltd. (“Meori,” “we,” “our”). Please read them carefully.

Acceptance

By visiting the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to make a purchase.

Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@meoribeauty.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used in ways that harm Meori, its customers, or third parties.

Orders & payment

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by Meori. We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or shipping restrictions. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated otherwise. Payment is charged at the time your order is confirmed.

Shipping

Shipping timelines, zones, duties, and tracking are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package from our atelier in Seoul.

Returns & the 90-day Ritual Guarantee

Meori offers a 90-day Ritual Guarantee on first-time bottles. The full terms, conditions, and process are described on our Shipping & Returns page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Product claims

Meori is a cosmetic product, not a medical device or drug. Statements about shine, softness, breakage, and scalp comfort describe cosmetic effects and have not been evaluated by any health authority. If you have a scalp condition, known allergy, or are pregnant or nursing, consult a physician before use. Patch test before first use and discontinue if irritation occurs.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photography, graphics, the Meori wordmark, Korean typography treatments, the product design, and the underlying formulation — is owned by or licensed to Meori and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any of it without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meori is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the product. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits your non-waivable statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your place of residence.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above; material changes will be highlighted on the Site or emailed to subscribers. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
