Cup them like you’re cradling a small animal. Breathe once, deeply. The oil should feel skin-warm before it touches hair.

Press through mid-lengths.
Avoid the roots. Work from the ends upward in a slow, smoothing motion. Use a wide-tooth comb if your hair is coarse.

Scalp press — not a massage.
Place fingertips at the temples. Press, hold, release. Repeat across the crown. This is the part that matters most.

Leave it overnight.
Rinse in the morning or keep it in through the day. The scent softens to something like warm rice and quiet.

Why we took nine years.

My grandmother kept a small brown bottle on her vanity. I never asked what was in it. She’d press one drop into her palms every night and work it through her hair the way other people fold laundry — carefully, without thinking. She lived to be ninety-two. Her hair never thinned.
I started Meori to find out what was in that bottle. It took nine years. We tested 141 formulas. We rejected 138. We waited eight months to source a single ginseng harvest because the farmer we trusted lost his crop that autumn.
This is the version we kept. It is not the cheapest we could make, or the fastest. But it is the one that, on the third week, made me stop in front of the mirror for reasons I could not name.

01How long does one bottle last?
The Signature 50ml lasts most people six to eight weeks at three drops per night. Heavy use (daily morning + night, longer than shoulder-length hair) brings that down to about four weeks.02Will it make my hair greasy?
Only if you over-apply. Start with two drops, worked through mid-lengths to ends — never the roots. Most people land on three drops within the first week. A little goes further than you think.03Is this safe for colour-treated or bleached hair?
Yes. Camellia oil is one of the few oils that doesn’t destabilise semi-permanent colour. Our clinical panel included 38 participants with recently bleached hair; none reported colour shift.04Vegan, cruelty-free, silicone-free?
