Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. You will get an order confirmation email, then tracking when the order ships.

Available methods, delivery estimates, taxes, and any duties are shown at checkout before you pay. We ship to destinations offered at checkout.

Returns

Email beautymeori@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. Unopened items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened cosmetic products generally cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Email beautymeori@gmail.com promptly with your order number and photos if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Bank processing times may apply after we issue the refund.
