Refund policy

Unopened items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Opened cosmetic products generally cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Email beautymeori@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. Include photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Bank processing times may apply after we issue the refund.
