Shipping & Returns

Every bottle ships from our atelier in Seongsu, Seoul. We pack slowly, by hand, and usually dispatch within one business day of your order. Tracking is sent by email the moment your package leaves us.

Shipping zones & timelines

Asia typically arrives in 3–5 business days. The United States and the European Union arrive in 7–10 business days. Rest of world is 10–14 business days. Delivery windows exclude customs clearance and local carrier delays during peak seasons.

Free shipping over $60

Orders over $60 (or the local-currency equivalent at checkout) ship free worldwide. Under that, a flat-rate fee is calculated at checkout based on destination.

Duties & customs

International orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any applicable import duty, VAT, or customs fee is the responsibility of the recipient and is collected by the local carrier on delivery. These charges are set by your country's customs authority, not by Meori.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed the moment your order is handed to the carrier. You can also view live tracking from your account or the order tracking page.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for more than seven business days after dispatch, write to support@meoribeauty.com and we'll open a trace with the carrier. If the package cannot be located, we will reship or refund — your choice.

The 90-Day Ritual Promise

Try Meori for a full 90 days — one complete bottle. If your ritual doesn’t feel quieter, your scalp calmer, and your strands more like glass, write to us and we’ll refund every won. No forms, no returns, no small print.

Return process

To begin a return under the Ritual Guarantee or for any other reason, email support@meoribeauty.com with your order number. There are no forms, and in most cases you will not need to ship the bottle back. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Exchanges

Because Meori is one product, we do not offer SKU-for-SKU exchanges. If a bottle arrives and doesn’t suit you, the Ritual Guarantee covers a full refund.

Damaged on arrival

If your bottle arrives broken, cracked, or leaking, photograph the packaging and the bottle within 48 hours of delivery and send them to support@meoribeauty.com. We will ship a replacement at no cost.
